“I went to Dr. McLean for new orthotics. He was thorough and asked about the medical history involving my feet (history of plantar fasciitis), legs, and hips. His staff was
helpful and knowledgable. The orthotics arrived during the time frame promised and because I also have a lift in one of my shoes, he recommended a gradual process in getting used to the lifts and orthotics. His office manager advised me about what my insurance would and would not covered which is not an easy task - so many different insurance companies and policies that how can anyone do this? “I cannot thank Dr. McLean and his staff enough. I am 26 years old and already had bad knees, or so I thought.
