“I cannot thank Dr. McLean and his staff enough. I am 26 years old and already had bad knees, or so I thought. It had gotten to the point where I would have to take something for the knee and eventually lower back and foot pain almost every day. Someone recommended Dr. McLean and my life hasn’t been the same since. It took about a year of thorough work and care but Dr. McLean never stopped and eventually I got my very own pair of custom orthotics. “I shattered my big toe, had a freak accident at Menards in Marquette. This doctor, McClean, literally saved my big toe. I had shattered it in 6 pieces by a 2X12 when I was helping my boyfriend at the time remove it off the shelf. I went to the VA and the doctor told me I would have to have it cut off. “I went to Dr. McLean for new orthotics. He was thorough and asked about the medical history involving my feet (history of plantar fasciitis), legs, and hips. His staff was
helpful and knowledgable. The orthotics arrived during the time frame promised and because I also have a lift in one of my shoes, he recommended a gradual process in getting used to the lifts and orthotics. His office manager advised me about what my insurance would and would not covered which is not an easy task - so many different insurance companies and policies that how can anyone do this?
